I’m Tami Goodwin. Before I became a REALTOR®, I had a successful career in IT. The company I worked for over many years eventually set up a program called “Ask Tami” because of the number of times I found solutions to allegedly impossible problems. Rather than say anything was impossible, they asked me to help solve it. I am a solution-oriented person, one of the many things Erika and I have in common. When it comes to my life, that mindset carries over. I have always been tenacious, and when faced with losing our dream, I got creative. In a matter of months, through extensive planning and hard work, I managed to not only replace our income, but nearly doubled it. I explored new endeavors, became a real estate investor, flipped homes, and once again made the impossible work. I believe that “impossible” is just a word for an undiscovered solution. I strive to continue uncovering those impossibilities and providing exceptional service to my clients.
